  • Do you offer local pickup?

    Yes, for non-digital items. We now offer local pickup in Lawrenceburg, TN. At checkout, you will be given more info on times and locations available. Contact us if you need to make different arrangements.

  • Do you accept returns?

    If there is a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a resolution. There is however, no returns or refunds on any digital products.

  • Do you have a storefront?

    Unfortunately, we do not, but keep a lookout as we’ll be attending fairs and festivals soon and would love to meet you!

  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?

    On some products, yes. Please contact us with the product that you are interested in.

  • What are your processing times?

    Processing times vary by product. Digital items are done within minutes of cleared payment. Most other items are usually shipped within 3 days. Be sure to read the description for any exceptions.

  • What do you mean "Processing?"

    Processing is what happens before your item is dropped off for shipment. This may include, but not limited to: designing, creating, packaging and driving to the shipper. From the shipper to you is considered “transit” time.

  • An item arrived broken. Now what?

    All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Customers have 3 days from the time of delivery to report any damages. See our Store Policies for more information.
