Pickup Orders
Not all items are available for delivery. For items that are pickup only, it will be stated in the description. Please be sure to bring a photo ID to verify you are the buyer. Pickup options will be provided at checkout. If you would like make other arrangements for pickup, please contact us before purchasing. We do require our customers to sign a form that states all is well with the order and it was received.


Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to Covid-19 (and other variations) the precautions we are made to make, no returns or exchanges will be accepted at this time. Please see the Shipping section for any damage exceptions there may be.

Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, NO refunds or cancellations are accepted. Sorry, there are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any questions about an order you are about to place, please reach out to us. Most messages are responded to within an hour during the hours of 7am - 9pm central time, 7 days a week.
In the exceedingly rare case a cancellation is accepted, please be aware there is a 50% cancellation/ restocking fee. Ex: Product + Shipping = Total. 50% of the Total will be deducted. The rest will be refunded to you.


Processing and Shipping

Order Processing:
Processing is usually done within 3 days of completed payment during normal times of the year. High volume times, such as holidays, may take 3-5 days.

Shipment and Tracking:
Most orders are shipped via USPS either First Class or Priority. UPS or FedEx may be used on oversized. Tracking is included in your shipping fee and will be provided to you in an email when your order has shipped.
Bella & Spice or it’s affiliates are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the FedEx, UPS or US Postal Systems. We only guarantee to ship your product on time. We do not and will not guarantee on-time arrival. Keep in mind, during high volume time, delays can happen. Keep watch on the tracking number that was provided to you. No refunds are given due to delayed delivery.

Insurance/ Damages / Additional Postal Fees:
Every order shipped is insured. Bella & Spice and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in the care of the carrier service (USPS/UPS/FedEx). Please report any damages within 3 days of delivery to the carrier in which it was received. Detailed pictures must be included in order to file a claim. Pictures must include all packaging and its components.
Bella & Spice and affiliates are not responsible for any free replacements and/or refunds due to the improper care of the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) or how it is handled in your care. You may contact us up to 10 days after delivery for the shipment information in order to file your own claim with the carrier service (USPS/UPS).
Bella & Spice are not responsible to any additional fees that may be imposed by your own local delivery services (Uber, DoorDash, USPS, etc.) and/or port fees. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders and requests are more than welcome. We will try our best to suit your needs.

No-Sell List:
If you have been placed on a no-sell list, this means you will not be able to purchase anything from any of our stores. If any purchases are attempted, a refund will automatically be placed.
